E-SADAD is an e-payment service offered by Palestine Islamic Bank. The service is operated via a central system supervised and managed by the Palestine Monetary Authority. It enables displaying and settling various bills and fees via Islami Online and Islami Mobile, thus offering a unique, swift, easy, digital experience saving time and effort.

How to charge balances via E-SADAD service

  • The service is available to all PIB customers for free via Islami Online and Islami Mobile.
  • Balance recharge and bill settlement are processed via your bank account balance.
  • Payments can be made via any of your bank accounts, whether corporate or savings accounts. Payments can be processed in Dinars, Dollars, or Shekels.
  • The service is available 24/7 and allows you to pay government and municipal fees, university tuitions, public utility bills, as well as telecom and Internet utility fees.
  • Listing service providers is possible through a one-time data entry process aimed at facilitating bills display and settlement or the advance recharge of your account. You may also easily delete the listed provider.
  • You may add more than one number for recharging your account and displaying bills.
  • Bills may be settled in full or partially in favor of service providers enabling partial payments.
  • Work is currently underway to admit further entities into the system.

E-SADAD is a centralized system supervised and managed by Palestine Monetary Authority. It enables displaying and settling various bills and fees via e-payment channels, where each payment service provider, including banks and payment services companies, are connected to the Government Portal and entities issuing invoices in the private sector.
