The financial inclusion account allows you to benefit from basic banking services and access financial products and services without fees or minimum account balance.

  • The beneficiary must hold a Palestinian or Jerusalem ID.
  • The beneficiary must not have any account of any type in any bank operating in Palestine, even if the account is frozen.
  • Providing cash withdrawal and deposit services
  • Providing check collection and deposit services
  • Sending and receiving internal and external transfers
  • Issuing an ATM card without any commissions
  • Benefiting from free internet banking and SMS services
  • The monthly financial transactions must not exceed USD 2,000 or the equivalent in other currencies, with a maximum of USD 12,000 per year or the equivalent in other currencies.
  • If the maximum limit is exceeded, the bank is entitled to change the account to a current or savings account after completing the required documents and informing the customer.
  • The bank is entitled to refuse to execute financial transactions in case the maximum limit is exceeded.
  • The bank may close the account if the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
