PIB supports 9 health institutions in several governorates

These included the Red Crescent in Nablus, the Patient's Friends Society in Hebron (Al-Ahly Hospital), the Blood Bank of the Ministry of Health in Ramallah and the Tubas Turkish State Hospital.
In the Gaza Strip, the Bank supported the Central Blood Bank Society, the Palestinian Center for Diabetic Foot, Caritas Gaza Medical Center, the Friends of Hospitals and Health Centers Society, and Smile of Hope Charity for Cancer Care.
PIB’s support contributes to the health activities and services provided by these institutions and helps them in improving their quality.
PIB’s General Manager, Dr. Imad Al-Sadi, said that the Bank was working through its social responsibility program to provide the largest possible support to the various institutions of the Palestinian health sector. He noted that the largest part of PIB’s sustainable social responsibility program was dedicated to the health and education sectors, as they are vital and essential for sustainable development.
Al-Sadi added: “The health and safety of our people is a priority. It is for this reason that we are working to support heath institutions, to allow them to continue providing and developing their services to promote the sector, especially in light of the great challenges it has faced in the last two years due to the COVID19 pandemic. ".
Al-Sadi indicated that the Bank had provided support to dozens of health institutions in recent years to promote their capabilities.
