PIB organizes recreational activities at the Friends of the Islamic Orphanage Association in Al-Eizariya

The Palestine Islamic Bank (PIB) organized recreational activities at the Friends of the Islamic Orphanage Association in the town of Al-Eizariya, Jerusalem Governorate, as part of its sustainable social responsibility program.

Recreational activities were launched in the presence of the Association’s Executive Director, Sherine Mani, and the Association’s staff, in addition to PIB Branch Manager in Al-Eizariya, Samah Qara’in, and the branch’s employees. The attendants organized several interactive recreational activities that were warmly welcomed by the Association’s children.

PIB is keen to provide its permanent support to orphans and those without family care to help them achieve their hopes and ambitions. This forms part of the bank’s sustainable social responsibility program, that works to achieve this by building partnerships with institutions concerned with caring for these groups to provide them with support.

PIB’s efforts to empower and integrate social categories that are the most in need are in line with its efforts to support the attainment of the global sustainable development goals.

The Association's management thanked PIB for organizing this recreational activity, stressing the need for concerted efforts from various sectors and authorities to support the orphans and their families.

It is noteworthy that the Association of Friends of the Islamic Orphanage is concerned with female orphan care and provides this category with all their needs to ensure decent living conditions.
