INJAZ Palestine Honors Palestine Islamic Bank
INJAZ Palestine honored Palestine Islamic Bank, for supporting its programs through the participation of many of its employees, who exerted their efforts and provided their expertise, over the years, in various volunteer activities.
The ceremony held by INJAZ Palestine on International Volunteer Day, to honor Palestine Islamic Bank, took place under the patronage of His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas and in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh and His Excellency Minister of Education Dr. Marwan Awartani, at Ahmed Al Shugairi Hall in the Presidential headquarters in Ramallah.
The attendees on behalf of the Bank included, General Manager Bayan Qasem and a group of employees who volunteered in the activities of INJAZ Palestine, as well as representatives of the private and educational sectors and civil society institutions.
Over the years, thousands of school students, in the various governorates, have benefited from the extracurricular classes provided by the Bank employees in several fields, the most important of which are financial management skills, technology, entrepreneurship, creative thinking; and preparing the students for university and the job market.
Moreover, Palestine Islamic Bank encourages its employees to participate in volunteer activities and actions, proceeding from its belief in its role in community service and development; beside its Social Responsibility Program that is based on strengthening bonds of association with the community through volunteer work.
