The Palestine Islamic Bank and the Ministry of Health discuss the promotion of cooperation and partnerships

The General Manager of the Palestine Islamic Bank, Dr. Imad Al-Sadi held a discussion with His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Majed Abu Ramadan on ways and mechanisms to promote cooperation and partnerships to improve the services provided to citizens.

The discussion took place during a meeting held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Health in Ramallah, attended by the Head of the Ministry’s Public Relations and Media Unit, Anas Al-Deek, the Assistant General Managers of PIB, Zayed Shuqair and Hatem Arinat, and PIB’s Public Relations Officer, Muhammad Marar.

During the meeting, His Excellency the Minister of Health stressed the need to make concerted efforts to support health institutions and allow them to continue providing and developing their services. He emphasized that the Ministry was focused on promoting cooperation with the private sector and its institutions.

For his part, Al-Sadi stressed That PIB would provide support to the health sector through its annual sustainable social responsibility program, which grants annual support to tens of health institutions in various regions by providing them with health equipment, tools and supplies.

Al-Sadi added: “The health and safety of our people is a priority, and the health sector accounts for a large part of our social responsibility program as it is a vital sector, and its development is necessary to achieve sustainable and inclusive development.”

Al-Sadi appreciated the efforts made by the Ministry of Health to localize and provide the best health services to citizens despite the great challenges it faces and the growing needs in light of current the difficult circumstances facing Palestinians.
