Job Details
Supervise Customer Service staff; ensure implementation of instructions and completion of customer transactions, help expedite Customer Service and ensure the correctness of entered documents and various transactions.Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- At least (4) years of experience in relevant fields.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise Customer Service staff; ensure implementation of instructions and completion of customer transactions, help expedite Customer Service and ensure the correctness of entered documents and various transactions.
- Ensure that the Section’s employees updates the data periodically.
- •Process customers’ requests; such as closing accounts, standing orders, opening sub-accounts and share them with relevant authorities, and follow up on its completion.
- Set restrictions and holdings on accounts in accordance with work policies and follow up on cancellation thereof with the Operations Department.
- Conduct daily cash count and reconciliation of cash at vaults and carry out daily inventories. Follow up on ATM cash loading, and supervise the management of liquidity and currency transfers.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing checks, conform and process them from technical aspects, and issue certified bank checks.
- Supervise incoming and outgoing bank transfers and follow up with the relevant departments; including Western Union financing.
- Study the requests submitted to the branch prepared by the Section’s employees; follow up on files with the Credit and Islamic Finance Department, Credit Control Department at the Head Office, as well as Sharia and legal advisors.
- Study the guarantees provided by the customer in lieu of the required financing; ensure validity of authenticity thereof, and ensure the accuracy of their value estimation and the speed of transferring its ownership to the bank.
- Follow up on due installments and defaulted accounts, if any, and coordinate with related departments in the branch and the general administration in this regard.
- Provide the Islamic Financing Section with all documents related to customers’ files on a timely basis (renewal, amendment, cancellation) according to the modification in the finance/ceiling granted to the customer and thus obtain any new guarantees or documents that may be requested as a result of the modification.
- Carry out any other tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, managerial and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Listening).
- Ability to work within a team, and have the required initiative and self-assurance.
