Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to all public inquiries with regard to banking products and services, campaigns and offers.
- Receive and execute customers and public requests related to the different services provided, and completion of these requests as soon as possible.
- Receive and follow up customers and public requests that related to the different services provided, and follow up these requests with the competent parties.
- Promotion for the bank campaigns and products, through the different channels, as well as how to use the different services provided.
- Provide support services necessary for public and bank customers to use the services.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned to the department.
Skills
- Flexibility at work in morning and evening shifts or as work may require.
- Excellent communication, leadership, administrative, and supervisory skills, and ability to take decisions.
- Proficiency in English language; reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to use computer and its applications.
- Ability to High persuasiveness.
