PIB announces the winners of the campaign to encourage payment of Ramallah Municipal fees through cards

Palestine Islamic Bank (PIB) announced the winners of the campaign for the payment of the Ramallah Municipal fees through the Bank’s cards: 10 winners won a cash prize amounting to USD 100 each.

The draws were held in cooperation with Ramallah Municipality and the Palestine Monetary Authority. They aimed at encouraging customers to settle their municipal fees electronically, rather than opting for the traditional means of payment.

Dr. Imad Al-Sadi, PIB General Manager, stated that this campaign is in line with the Bank’s efforts to encourage customers to use e-payment channels, since such step contributes to fostering economic development and financial inclusion.

He noted that this campaign falls within a series of campaigns and draws launched by PIB for encouraging customers to benefit from digital financial services and e-payment solutions. Such campaigns were lately concluded by the “Win Double your Payments” campaign which featured a draw on 24 prizes each amounting up to USD 500, being twice the value of customers’ purchases.

Al-Sadi further explained that this campaign is part of a series of discounts and privileges offered by the Bank’s cards locally and abroad. All such offerings aim at encouraging customers to use their cards for purchases at no extra charge.PIB offers its banking services through various digital channels facilitating customers’ access to their accounts and enabling their transactions in a quick and easy manner any time of the day. These channels include the Digital Contact Center, Islami Online, and Islami Mobile. These tools offer unique banking services in an easy and secure environment enhancing the digital experience of both retail and corporate customers.
