Palestine Islamic Bank Supports Al-Amal Elementary School Society for Deaf Children

Palestine Islamic Bank has provided support to Al-Amal Elementary School Society for Deaf Children, located in Hebron, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility Program.

The southern area manager of Palestine Islamic Bank, Mr. Nizar Bally, has visited the School and met its Principal Mr. Muhammad Al-Hashlamon. Mr. Bally confirmed how the bank attaches special importance to support educational institutions in general, and particularly those concerned of people with special needs, lauding the efforts exerted by the school to assist deaf community and to rehabilitate them from the preschool stage up to the secondary or vocational rehabilitation stage.

Al-Hashlamon commended the support provided to the school, by Palestine Islamic Bank, stressing the importance of joining efforts, by all institutions and concerned parties, for the welfare of deaf community, to enhance and improve their skills, and to integrate them in society; in addition to raising health awareness regarding the hereditary risks and diseases causing or leading to hearing impairment.

The Bank allocates the major part of its corporate social responsibility program for the advancement of health and education sectors, as well as to support institutions and organizations concerned with the welfare and support of people with special needs, aiming to create a positive and sustainable impact on society.
