Palestine Islamic Bank Provides Two Electric Wheelchairs for the disabled
Palestine Islamic Bank has provided two electric wheelchairs to Ramallah & Al-Bireh Municipality, allocated for the use of persons with disabilities.
PIB delegation, which included Ibrahim Salman, Marketing and Public Relations Manager and Al-Bireh Branch Manager, Saad Eddin Al-Sa’adi have met with the governor of Al-Bireh and Ramallah, Dr. Laila Ghanam at the headquarters of Ramallah governorate; where they discussed the prospects for joint cooperation between the two institutions. The meeting also stressed the strong relations which join those institutions together, while emphasizing that their existing cooperation’s main goal is to provide better services to the citizens.
For her part, governor of Al-Bireh and Ramallah, Dr. Laila Ghanam praised PIB’s performance as well as its role in Social Responsibility in terms of expanding their horizons to reach people through other non-economic aspects; regarding the Bank’s hasty response to the needs of the community an indication of its affiliation thereto.
PIB pays heed to people with disabilities, believing that they are an important and active part of society; whereas the Bank focuses its social responsibility program on supporting the health and education sectors.
