Palestine Islamic Bank Sponsors the Graduation Ceremony of Al-Da’wah Islamic College in Qalqilya
Palestine Islamic Bank sponsored the graduation ceremony of Al-Da’wah Islamic College seventeenth graduating class, in Qalqilya. Ceremony attendees representing the Bank consisted of, Khitam Abu Aita, Manager of the Northern District, and Majid Kharoub, Qalqilyah Branch Manager; in addition to a delegation of Bank employees.
Bayan Qasem, PIB General Manager, emphasized the Bank’s strong belief in the message conveyed by Ministry of Awqaf and by the College; observing that the supervisory role undertaken by the Ministry of Awqaf is a source of pride, constituting a valuable complement to those working in the field of Sharia Sciences. Qasem further stressed the complementary strategic and constructive relationship between the Bank and the Ministry.
Moreover, Qasem congratulated the graduating class wishing them further success in their professional lives, while encouraging them to work hard towards advancing their lives and their society through the promotion of Islamic values. He also thanked the College for its efforts in helping its students attain their goals.
Additionally, Qasem indicated the continued development and increased interest in Islamic banking in Palestine as well as worldwide. He explained that PIB has contributed to the activation of financing and investment formulas compatible with the principles of Islamic Sharia within the Palestinian market in order to expedite the lives of citizens; whereas the Bank has developed modern channels of communication online including: ‘Islamic Online’, ‘Islamic Mobile’ and ‘Islamic Auto’, thereby reducing the time and effort required to conduct banking transactions.
