Palestine Islamic Bank joins the National Switch System - 194
Palestine Islamic Bank met in its HQ in Ramallah, the Mastercard Regional team which was visiting the country this week headed by Mr. Mohammed Qadadeh VP/Country Manager at Mastercard, and Mr. Mohammad Shahrouri Head of Acceptance – Levant, Mastercard.
The Bank has recently finalized the requirements to join the Mastercard’s global network of principal issuers to issue cards that are compatible with Islamic sharia. During the meeting headed by PIB’s General Manager Mr. Bayan Qasem and Mr. Qadadeh, future cooperation between the two entities and the innovative digital payment solutions offered by the company were thoroughly discussed.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Imad Saadi GM assistant for branches, Mr. Asem Masri product development manager, Ms. Doha Wazany PR manager and Mr. Rami Rabi e-Services manager.
