Palestine Islamic Bank is seeking to hire an (Employee) at the Internal Auditing Department to work at the General Administration headquarter - Ramallah according to the following requirements:Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as a minimum
- An experience not less than 3 years in the fields of auditing, risks or compliance.
- preferably has Experience in dealing with Temenos System.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparing auditing programs
- Preparing the draft of internal auditing report and discussing it properly
- Making auditing tours to branches and/or General Administration departments
- Assisting to perform the tasks of identifying the effectiveness of controls associated with information systems and processes and associated with developing systems and applications
- Participating in preparing the internal auditing department plan with the department manager
- Providing support or programming consultancy and other technical assistance according to internal auditing application, performance measurement, and informing about special investigations of auditing processes which have been internally performed through periodic reports.
- Comprehensive planning of risk assessment and participation in obtaining a deep understanding of all tasks and/or jobs revised, as well as identifying and evaluating risks (including understanding the manner of controlling these risks as well as the mechanism of revision necessary to ensure that controls are designed in an appropriate manner).
- Ensuring commitment to apply the principle of bilateral surveillance and banking secrecy as well as the instructions of Business Continuity Plan and alternative site.
- Ability to deal with the applicable automated systems, monitor changes on systems, networks, applications and processes, and manage changes in information and communications technology in coordination with systems auditor.
- Carrying out any other tasks requested by the direct official in relation to the nature of work.
