The Bank's senior management structure consists of the General Manager, his Deputy and Assistants to the GM.

IMAD AL-SADI

 General Manager

Al-Sadi holds a Master’s Degree in Financial and Banking Management from M.S. University in India, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Since 2018, Al-Sadi is a PhD candidate at IZU University in Turkey researching Islamic Economics. He joined the banking sector in 1993, and held several senior positions at Palestine Islamic Bank; the first of which was the position of Regional Director of Branches, followed by the position of Assistant General Manager for Distribution Network. Starting early 2019, Al-Sadi assumed the role of Deputy General Manager. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Takaful Insurance Company as a representative of PIB.

During 2019, AL-Sadi was selected as a financial expert and a member of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Credit Fund following a decree by the Palestinian Council of Ministers, and based on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture. During the same year, Al-Iqtisadi magazine selected him as one of the most influential figures in the Palestinian economy. In 2020, Al-Sadi became a member of the Sustainability Working Group of the General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (CIBAFI), alongside a group of experts in Islamic economics and Islamic banking. Al-Sadi was previously a lecturer at the Arab American University, and as a banking expert and trainer at the Palestine Banking Institute.


Asem Masri

Assistant General Manager for Planning and Development

Mr. Masri holds master’s degree in Business from Birzeit University and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from An-Najah National University. He currently works as the assistant General Manager for planning and development at Palestine Islamic Bank. His 15 years of technical and management experience, covers product development, digitization, project management, process reengineering and software development.


Rami Taha

Assistant General Manager for Financial and Administrative Affairs

Mr. Taha has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Arab American University, and is a member of several local, Arab and International societies of chartered accountants. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of accounting, auditing and consulting in the banking field, and in financial institutions, asset management, insurance and communications. Prior to joining the bank, he held the position of CEO at Ernst & Young Global, and is currently Assistant General Manager for Financial and Administrative Affairs.


Raed Abdel-Halim

Assistant General Manager for Banking Operations

Mr. Abdel-Halim holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Al-Najjah National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Jordan. He currently holds the position of Assistant General Manager for Banking Operations, with more than 27 years of experience in banking.


Zayed Shqair

Assistant General Manager for Branches

Mr.Shqair Holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Najjah National University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Berzeit University. He joined the Islamic banking sector in 2000 and worked as PIB’s Nablus Bank Manager until 2013. He was the Central Operation’s Department Director until 2020, and then he was appointed as director of middle district braches.He currently holds the position of Assistant General Manager for branches

Shukair has worked as a lecturer at Al-Quds Open University for 10 years. Additionally, he is a licensed arbitrator in financial and banking disputes; holding an arbitration license issued by the Ministry of Labor.


Khitam Ali Abu Aita

Director of the Northern District

Mrs. Abu Aita holds a Master’s degree in Business Management. She joined the banking sector in 1996, working with the Arab Bank, where she served in high-ranking positions in marketing and product development. Mrs. Abu Aita joined Palestine Islamic Bank in 2010 as a manager for public relations, planning and development, before becoming Manager at Al-Muntazah Branch.

Mrs. Abu Aita has worked with several local institutions as a business development consultant. In addition, she worked at Jawwal in the ICT sector and has participated in many international conventions and conferences.


Nizar Fadel Bali

Director of Southern District

Mr. Bali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and has worked as a financial and administrative manager in a number of private companies before joining Cairo Amman Bank in 1988. In 2009, he joined Palestine Islamic Bank as Bethlehem Branch Manager and then Hebron Branch Manager. He holds a number of specialized international certificates, including a certified Islamic finance officer certificate and a certified lender business banker CLBB. He is also a volunteer lecturer in the field of Human Skills and Capabilities.


Adnan Ihmaid AlFleet

Director of Gaza District

Adnan AlFleet holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Islamic University – Gaza. He started his career in the Banking sector in 1999 at the Bank of Palestine and joined Palestine Islamic Bank in 2007. In 2019 he became the Manager of Gaza Area.

AlFleet holds a number of specialized certificates in the field of Banking, including the Islamic Finance Qualification Certificate (IFQ), the Certified Lender Business Banker (CLBB), and Certified Credit Professional (CCP), in addition to being a member of the Arab Academy of Finance and Banking.
